What the website handles

Clerk processes account, authentication and subscription information. Its payment partners process payment details. Overseer receives the minimum account and subscription status needed to provide access.

What the Windows app handles

Replay analysis runs locally on your computer. The website does not receive or store your Rocket League replay files as part of the analysis flow.

Storage and retention

Local coaching history remains on your device. Account and billing records are retained by the relevant service providers for security, support and legal obligations. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Account page.

Security

Overseer uses signed Clerk sessions, server-side entitlement checks, private download storage and encrypted HTTPS transport. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of account-related personal data, subject to records that must be retained by law. Use the operator contact shown below for privacy requests.
